Abstract :
CNC machining is an important process to solve problem of difficultly machining for single-crystal sapphire. In order to receive single-crystal conformal sapphire dome, this paper reviews a series of processing experiments, analysis and optimization of process parameters. It receives a set of complete conformal sapphire dome CNC machining technology and the optimal process parameters.
