Abstract :
With the increase of the tie points in the distribution network and the demand for the reliability of power supply, it has been a natural trend to transfer load without black-out by loop closing. The feature of operation by partitions in 220kV network of Shanghai grid makes the loop current varied in direction and amplitude when loop-closing occurs in lower-level distribution network. This paper analyzes the loop closing between feeders of distribution network. The mesh equivalence was applied in the loop-closing calculation of 10kV distribution network, and the complete algorithm is presented. The sample provides important references for dispatchers to arrange the operation mode reasonably and transfer emergency load in accidents.
