  • Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present a method for analyzing chokes which have uniform cross section along one direction. We used the finite element boundary integral method to consider the case of arbitrary cross section and filling of inhomogeneous material in it. Transmission characteristics of chokes are found to be strongly dependent on the polarization and direction of the incident wave.
