Abstract :
This paper reports on an initiative which aims at capturing micro-assembly process window data. The idea originated in the EU funded thematic network Assembly-Net. The data is considered to be important for training, education and engineering purposes in industry and universities. The concept of Process Data Sheets is introduced, which is a structured form for capturing the process window data. The PDS is illustrated by examples from ongoing research activities at the authors´ institutes
