Abstract :
This paper describes a voltage source, which implements three different waveforms for thermal voltage converter (TVC) evaluation. Measurement techniques with such a source are proposed, with emphasis on uncertainty of each used waveform, when ac amplitude is defined with a dc calibration of the source. Instrument circuitry and operation is described. Measurement results are also discussed
