Abstract
Trouble Call Management System (TCM) is an application information platform structured by SMEPC to face the unified management of the whole process of fault call and repairing, which integrated functional modules such as fault auxiliary analysis, automatic filtration of work orders, reasonable deploying of fault repairing resources and intelligent auxiliary decision for fault repairing schemes into the Power Production Management System. These functions were based on the accurate location of fault. Studying the distribution network fault location approach based on rough set and applying to Trouble Call Management System can promote the efficiency of the failure reparation, which improves the response ability of power network under emergency condition, and ensures the reliability of power supply.
