Abstract :
The three-state Markov equation is built considering run, outage and derating state of wind turbine. The wind turbine reliability of probability assessment has made using Monte Carlo method considering the randomness of wind speed and the failure rate itself. The simulation based on 1.5MW wind turbine is made; the result verified the effectiveness and adaptability of the proposed model and assessment method.
