Abstract
The article considers the sorption-frequency method (SFM) for measurement of gases and liquids humidity in comparison with other methods, which are widely applicable today. These methods are shortly described with their advantages and disadvantages. The conclusion about possibility or impossibility to apply each method for measurement of moisture nanoconcentrations is made. In the end of the article the results of comparing of various methods with SFM are presented in the context of possibility to apply them for measurement of moisture nanoconcentration in gases and liquids.
