  • Abstract
    Bilateral interaction is not only an important feature of smart grid, but also an important means to improve customer´s satisfaction. And, the bilateral interaction is important way to implement information interaction between grid and consumers. This paper presents a WEB-based interactive platform designed with AMI system, information collection system, electric vehicle charging for electric system, distributed energy system and online payment system as foundation. This platform can provide residents with energy consumption analysis, load management, online purchase, community services and other functions as well as efficiency service for enterprises. A bilateral interaction system demo platform was built to verify the feasibility of the design and simulate the functions designed in the bilateral interaction system.
