Abstract
The authors consider a wireless downlink with 2 antennas at the base station (BS), 1 antenna at each of the mobiles, and independent proper stationary Rayleigh channels Channels remain constant over one slot and change Gauss-Markov from slot to slot. They also studied the performance of the scheme for delay constrained users with finite queues fed by Bernoulli arrivals.
