Abstract :
Aiming at the problems that time-frequency equipment of the power system can not be tested comprehensively, effectively and high-precision, and can not comprehensively analysis of tested data, this paper has designed and developed a highly accurate, comprehensive, intelligent time-frequency test platform, it introduces the overall structure, working principle and the functional analysis of the test and analysis platform in detail in this paper. At last time from time synchronization device´s testing application, it verifies that the functionality and performance is meeting the designed goals of the platform and meeting the requirements of the power industry standard test at the same time.
