Abstract :
In view of the growing urban power load and load density as well as the present situation of urban distribution network in China, the rationality of using 20kV voltage system is analyzed in economic aspect in this paper. The problem of how to reflect the economy of distribution schemes and the composition of this are analyzed, based on which an economic model is established. The paper designs a comprehensive index system including the year cost of high voltage distribution transformer, medium voltage distribution network and medium voltage distribution transformer in a quantitative way to evaluate the economical efficiency. Based on multi-grey target model, the different simulated 20kV distribution schemes are comprehensively evaluated. The case proves the feasibility of the economic model which provides references for development of 20kV distribution network in the future.
