Abstract
On the basis of the spectral method a mathematical description of MM waves (millimeter-waves) propagation on radio links with obstacles, taking into account the concrete antennae´s pattern, is developed. Programs are created and the appropriate calculations of the diffracted field of the MMW near-directional beam attenuation function in the obstacle shadow point of reception are made. For maximization of the receiving field the conditions of optimal beam orientation in the space are considered. It is shown, that in the wave zone the diffracted field attenuation function is low-depending on distance between receiver, transmitter and obstacle at optimal orientation of the MMW beams.
