Abstract
Sharing cooperation technology in centralized architectures is applied for remote interaction operations in a shared application program. A huge quantity of network data transmission might occur under such a process, due to the fact that network congestion would result in abnormal conditions for the interaction operation in the application program. This paper puts forward a tele-interaction system based on the OP-channel by means of a distributed and replicated architecture. Whatever the application is, only OP information is transmitted in the course of interaction, the quantity of network data transmission could be kept smooth and steady. This paper makes a valuable exploration in applying OP-channel technology to support multi-user tele-interaction over the Internet, and offers a model for the tele-interaction system, the realizing principle and the managing structure of sharing application windows with the OP-channel approach.
