Abstract :
Following the development of switching technology, circuit-switch based voice communication system used for power dispatching communication shall evolve towards soft-switch system, the security issues of which must be resolved firstly. On the base of P2DRR model, the power system brought forward the security scheme of the secondary system. It gives out four measures to ensure the security of the soft-switch network after analyzing the defects and faults in constructing power soft-switch system using MPLS VPN technology. According to different isolation requirements between soft-switch network and other power operation systems, it gives a isolation project by using security isolation device, Session Border Control, edge communications agent.
