Abstract
The author describes the building of a new electronic stock interchange, primarily aimed at smaller companies and investors. He believes the time to do it is now. Part of this is due to technology change, part of this is due to the change in attitudes of people. Tag lines are added to the electronic exchange for the global village. It is the people exchange that has this lower entry cost and the author believes that by making the accessibility on the economic bargain size smaller. That would dramatically widen the market of share owners, making this the world´s first virtual stock exchange
