Abstract :
It is our great pleasure and honour to welcome you to TALE 2013, the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Teaching, Assessment and Learning for Engineering and also to our beautiful Bali, which is one of the most scenic islands out of more than seventeen thousand islands in the Republic of Indonesia. During this event we will have the opportunities to exchange knowledge and information on latest researches and strengthening relationships amongst us, while enjoying the relaxing yet entertaining environment of Bali.
