XML in Web Data Mining Application

The difficult issue of Web data mining is proposed to achieve Web data mining method, which is based on XML-based Web database in the face of semi-structured data structure excavation process, the data feature extraction process, we found the hidden rules and knowledge, the method is simple, effective and low cost. The paper first gives the definition of data mining; describes the process and commonly used data mining techniques; followed by a discussion of the Web data mining and XML, pointed out that the difficulties of Web data mining, as well as XML in Web data mining applications. In this paper, Web data mining research and engineering and technical personnel have a certain reference value.
