Abstract :
The problem of generating regression vectors in discrete-time recursive estimation of continuous-time process parameters based on mixed, discrete-continuous models is considered. The normal integrating operator technique known in discrete approximation of continuous-time systems is utilized. Different (FIR and IIR) methods of “tempering” the characteristics of discrete-time integrators are proposed leading to an adjusted integration expressed in a delta operator form
