Abstract :
The image processing models, methods and means were described. The theory of deterministic and statistic approach to the radio-metrical and radar image forming and restoration channels analysis was developed. Developed models, schemes, devices and systems give an opportunity for radio-image quality improvement ideas and radio-image high-quality systems design perspective.
