Abstract :
The paper is devoted to elaboration of telecommunication services development main strategies at Ukraine, especially at Lviv region. The Lviv management of "Ukrtelecom", as Ukrainian largest telecommunication operator department, has a possibility to create high quality information telecommunication space, that covers all regions. Main results of telecommunication services development in Lviv region from 1999 to 2003 are shown and perspectives are considered, taking into account the technical and economical aspects.
