Abstract :
This paper presents an interconnect waveform calculation method with parameter variation for high accurate timing analysis. Using circuit moment sensitivity for parameter variation, proposed method successfully calculated the interconnect waveform with less than 50% delay 1.2 (%) error and about 103 order × acceleration compared with PSpice® Monte Carlo simulation.
