Abstract :
The economy requirement of instrument flight procedure is to reduce the oil consumption, shorten the flight time and distance, which is under the precondition of ensuring flight safety. This paper put forward the flight procedure operation cost concept and the flight procedure economic efficiency concept. For instrument flight procedures operations economy analysis, the main performance indexes are flight fuel consumption cost and flight time cost. By comparing the difference between limited operating trajectory and reference operating trajectory, it found factors that affect flight program operation efficiency, choose Shanghai Hongqiao airport to make the simulation experiment, and provides academic basis for scientific and effective controlling of the fuel consumption, increasing air transport system efficiency and the ATC system positive role.
