Abstract :
The problem of the transformation of a plane monochromatic electromagnetic wave, caused by the time jump of both the permittivity and the permeability in a layer of free isotropic nonconductive media, is considered. Analytic solution of the above problem is obtained by means of integral equations method via solving via resolvent method.
