Abstract :
Aiming to analyze supply chain system operation performance based on networked manufacturing (NM), the Object-oriented Petri Net (OPN) is applied. Through internal and external structure analysis of supply chain system, we construct OPN model of each object and describe the places and transitions. By expanding OPN to object communication net (OCN), each object can transmit message through “Gate”. Further, the performance of system such as deadlock, conflict and overflow could be analyzed according to the theory of P-invariant. The real case study results indicate that our designed model has no overflow and deadlock, and we also present the solutions for two conflicts in system.
