Abstract :
Based on the thoughts of analogy and with reference to the natural phenomena of the water, air and electronic currents, the paper analyses the socio- economic phenomenon-logistics. It first analyses the influential factors of the formation of logistics and then respectively establishes the dynamic coefficients and the dynamic equations of business and military logistics, trying to reveal the law of the formation of business and military logistics.
