Abstract :
Introduced field theory into MFAS (Mixed-Flow Assembly System), proposed the concept of MFAF (Mixed-Flow Assembly Field) and MFAF force, constructed the force model. Took the assembly workshop of an automobile enterprise as an object, analyzed the influence of JIT-batches mode and SPS mode on MFAS from many aspects based on MFAF force model. The analysis results show that SPS mode is beneficial to increase unit time output, to improve the operation consistency between the assembly system and the logistics area, to decrease non-value added logistics activities and the cost.
