Conceptual Model of Producer Service Industrialization is proposed in this paper, in which the core process is the triangle which consists of service needs, service module, and service measurement in kinds of environment, that means the service skills and techniques should be modularized by the different functions, in order to make a highly efficient semi-finished products (service module) and design relevant measurement system, as a new tool for the planning and innovation of the producer service industrialization.
