Abstract :
This paper designed a new system of temperature measurement applied to hot packs. It introduced the overall design ideas and host computer program of management software with VC++6.0. The system included a group of the 1-wire digital integrated temperature DS18B20 sensors, used for the multipoint testing. The hardware structure and software flow diagram of the system were given. Several key technical issues were summarized. And some measures are taken in soft programming to compensate the error of measuring temperature. The results indicate that the test report given by host computer management software can reflect the temperature characteristics of product measured and meet the requirement of the regular test. And the system provides a user-friendly man-machine interface and has the characters of simple hardware structure, high reliability, easy maintains and so on. In view of the field test, it is safe, stable, easy to extend and has good application value.
