Abstract
Recent years, government agencies have achieved some degree of success on strengthening the protection of software copyright and enhancing its managements and laws. According to technology acceptance model theory, the reason why consumers have intention to accept genuine antivirus software were explored from five aspects, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norm, self efficacy and perceived expense. The effects of these factors on the intention to using genuine antivirus software were studied by structural equation model. Some suggestions and future research directions are also put forward.
