Abstract
Measurement and evaluation has always been in the center of discussion in education. The findings are used in critical decision making on the students and on the teaching profession. Students will be granted grades of performance based on this measurement that indicates their level of achievement in their learning process. However, in making correct measurement, correct measurement tool and reliable instrument are two of the crucial things required. This will ensure meaningful data be gathered thus trustworthy inference can be concluded. This paper explains the use of Rasch measurement model in evaluating the multiple-choice items, with clear evidence.
