            Abstract : 
Embedded inductors are highly common in RF circuit applications; however, their values and Q (Quality) factors are limited for today´s high-performance RF applications. In this paper, we describe the design, simulation, and fabrication of Multiwall Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT) based RF inductors, which provide high inductance and Q values that are suitable for next-generation RF products. We have designed novel MWCNT-based embedded inductors on silicon, FR-4, and ceramic substrates.
