Abstract :
The considered principle of regulation allows to use the elementary circuits of synchronization of events of measurement of an output and formation of control on an input of object with the constant periods. The introduction and choice of satisfactory importance of threshold sizes allows to not react on insignificant total external and internal indignation on a concrete step, that is necessary by way of minimization of an expenditure of energy.
