Abstract :
This paper investigates the capacity of a cognitive radio based central access network in different fading channels. We analyze the capacity of a CR based central access network with average received interference power constraints. We develop a simulation test bed to evaluate the performance in faded environment. We assume that CR users are using the spectrum that is licensed for primary users in a cellular network.
