Abstract
Ridership distribution calculation and statistics is the foundation of network operation management of Urban Rail Transit system. Combining with the fundamental characteristics of URT system, the paper establishes the comprehensive impedance function composed of travel time and crowdedness impedance, and then brings forward a ridership distribution model based on Wardrop user equilibrium principles as well as its Frank-wolfe algorithm. Finally the model and algorithm are verified through an example of simple urban rail transit network by calculating the section and transfer passenger volume.
