Abstract :
Discharge parameters have close correlation to charge voltage and electrode speed. At 800 V correlations coefficient appear extreme values, implying transition threshold point to avalanche process from surface process. An attempt is made for mechanism analysis of the threshold phenomenon shown in electrostatic discharge (ESD) through handheld metal piece from charged human body.
