Abstract :
The SH-model of algorithm is considered as a system of computer devices. The comparison of the model of system of mass service (SMS) and SH-model is made. The coincidence of their properties and parameters is shown. The usage of the similarity of SH-model of algorithm and SMS additionally allows the determination of two characteristic of complexity - program and structural, during the process of synthesis.
