Abstract :
The floating vehicle information acquisition technology is one kind of new information acquisition technology. The GPS data processing technique have provided the data guarantee for the floating vehicle information acquisition system. In the paper we introduced the characteristics of GPS data and the method of data processing in detail. We verified the algorithm using the GSP data of Guang Zhou and implement the map matching algorithm utilizing the GPS data which have processed. The result proved that the method which used in this paper have the high precision and the accuracy.
