Abstract
In this work a trend had been achieved to link software altogether for a specific purpose. This achievement focuses the effort on the principles of component linking procedures to explain the modern trends in component programming. Along this presentation the major characteristics of the utilization is discussed and investigated. The system of this work had adopted a simple linking software that was successfully achieved to acquire data and to manipulate it inside ACCESS utility.
