Abstract
The conventional ISAR image is a two-dimensional (2D) projection of a three-dimensional (3-D) object surface, and the image scale in the cross range direction can not be determined by the traditional ISAR system unless the target motion knowledge is known. To deal with the scaling of ISAR image and phase wrapping in interferometric ISAR, a novel cross-range scaling algorithm of interferometric ISAR based on Randomized Hough Transform is proposed. By using the wrapped interferometric phases of the dominant scatters, this algorithm can accurately estimate the scale factor between the cross range and Doppler frequency, consequently avoiding the complex phase unwrapping procedure.
