            Abstract : 
Non-fragile decentralized guaranteed cost control problem for uncertain singular large-scale systems with a quadratic cost function and controller gain variations is studied. The parameter uncertainty is value bounded and dissatisfied with the matching conditions. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the non-fragile decentralized guaranteed cost controller are obtained with additive gain perturbations and multiplicative gain perturbations by linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, respectively. It is a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs); a design procedure for the non-fragile decentralized guaranteed cost controllers is presented; and the correspond upper bound of performance is given. Finally, an illustrative example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
