Abstract :
Grid was developed and utilized on the base of the Internet. As the problems of information security taken by the openness of the Internet are getting more and more serious, the demands for security data exchange in the Grid grow day by day. In the application environment of grid service, the intermediary need to forward the message on transmission path, which exceed the point-to-point security range of the transport layer. Thus, the paper proposes a model based on WS-Security for safe grid data exchange to maintain data interaction security between the requester and provider of service, and a method to implement the security model is presented based on its research. Finally, a test case is proposed to verify the security model. The results show that the model can effectively ensure the safety of grid data exchange.
