Abstract
In this paper, a method for syntactical and semantical Web service discovery and composition is described based on the CEC-06/EEE-06 WS-Challenge requirements. Analysis of service discovery method shows that it can quickly find the exact, partial as well as over-qualified matching services. Service composition can also be speeded up via two parallel execution of forward as well as backward chaining process
