Abstract :
Teleservice is a new innovative service. This contribution shows the benefits of teleservice for both manufacturers and customers and emphasises relevant aspects for the realisation of an efficient teleservice. The effective use of teleservice, the applied technology and the requirements of an integration in existing service-processes are demonstrated. A main emphasis is on the demands of a software architecture suitable for an organisational widespread use
