After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper analyses the actuality of real estate market in China, makes the formation and harm of the real estate bubble as the cut-in point, and analyzes and researches real estate market by using the game theory to set up model about the real estate price, and finally propound the prevention and the control measures of the real estate bubble in China.
