  • Abstract
    With the problem that the important usability attribute - the users´ subjective satisfaction is difficult to quantified in today¿s usability testing, the users´ affective model based on the process of users´ behavior in usability testing is proposed in this paper by studying the principle of the emotion generation and the process of the user experience, which is used to measure users´ satisfaction to improve its accuracy and credibility.
