Abstract :
Extended-range electric vehicles (E-REVs) have developed to relieve the range anxiety of pure electric vehicles (EVS). E-REVs are clean, efficient, and well suited to meet the needs of city life. The dynamic model and control strategy for E-REV are defined in this paper. The simulation system facilitates components´ parameter selection and optimization of control strategy in E-REV designing. A typical E-REV is designed with the proposed Simulink model.
