Abstract
User satisfaction, as an important indicator in usability testing, directly reflects users¿ acceptance of the product and to be the most concerned issue in many enterprises and usability departments. Finding out the shortages of satisfaction measurement in current usability testing, this paper took the basic operation processes in the user experience as the staring point, and analyzed the mapping relationship between the users¿ actions and emotions based on the theory of the emotion space. Considering the impact of the differences in human personality, this paper mapped the user experience difficult measured to a standard user emotion space model PAD, combined with the theories of emotion generation and affective computing, to get the method of user satisfaction measurement and finally to gain the process of user emotion changes in usability testing.
