Abstract :
Automobile industry is the national economy´s pillar industries,and the development of automobile logistics development make a directly impact on the development of the auto industry.The proper evaluation of automobile logistics would enhance auto enterprise core competence,improve added-value service,reduce cost and optimize enterprise resources etc.the logistics outsouring gradually increases along with economic development.lt is of critical importance to the success of enterprise outsouring to choose an appropriate automobile logistics vendor.Based on the construction of index system for automobile logistics ability evaluation and analysis,a new method is presented in this paper which apply the principal component analysis and fisher method. lt may overcome the existing methods shortcomings and contribute to the automobile logistics vendors selection.the analysis result might be taken as one of main reference for outsouring decision making.
