Abstract :
Seismic damages of bridges may have great effects on traffic transport. In order to reduce the losses of the disaster, it is necessary to carry out seismic risk management of bridge engineering. In the paper, the seismic risk management framework was proposed and the main steps of risk management including risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and risk control were analyzed considering the characters of bridge engineering. From the theoretic framework, it can be seen that seismic risk management of bridge engineering is feasible.
